Great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New flat TVs and internet, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

This house is clean, clean, clean! My family was very happy with the house, grounds, and pool. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the activities we wanted - Beaches and Ringling Museum. Great communication and would stay here again.

Great location, close to restaurants and main road east/west to AMI. The neighborhood was nice and fairly calm although there was a house not far doing some construction. Pool was nice, not super warm for February but nice enough to use. The house has just an entry step so very accessible. It has all cement floors so they are colder. Kitchen had all the basics needed.

Check in and communication was great. The place was neat and clean. The pool and backyard was beautiful! The listing stated 7 minutes to the beach, it was not even at 6am. The trip was more like 15-20 minutes. ALL beds were so horribly uncomfortable we left a day early and got a Hilton hotel in order to sleep. The person I spoke to said they would request a refund for Monday 9/1/25, as we left at 12:00pm. I have never heard back or received any further communication.The water pressure in the shower was awful. It took 20 minutes to shampoo & condition my hair. Would not reccomend if you'd like a good night's sleep.

House is better than expected. Quiet neighborhood. Pool is fantastic. They thought of everything you might need in kitchen. Plenty of towels for pool. We didn’t go to beach but they had beach chairs and such. We were able to have my aunt over and relax by pool in the day. Definitely would stay here again

Sweet little oasis!

The cleanliness of the home and outdoor space was emaculate. We loved the pool. However there are a couple things in the home that could be upgraded. The mattresses were old and need replaced. The pillows could use a refresh too. But the host provided everything needed and more. 6 miles to beach doesn't sound far but it could take 10 minutes or 30 minutes depending on when you head to the beach. Traffic can be backed up for miles. Other than that no complaints.

Clean Property and Central Location

The property was very clean and centrally located. It was smaller than we expected but was sufficient for the two of us. The heated pool was very nice for this time of year (April). I would recommend that the host provide fans since there was not any ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A lot of folks need a fan to sleep.
