THE ACCOMMODATION DOES NOT INCLUDE THE GARAGE, NOR THE STORAGE. THE GARAGE HAS BEEN CONVERTED INTO A COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT GUEST SUITE, SEPARATED BY THE STORAGE ROOM.
THE SEPERATE GUEST SUITE HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE ENTRY AND PARKING SPACE (left side of the driveway), AND THE HOUSE GUESTS DO NOT SHARE ANY SPACE WITH THE GUESTS OF THE GUEST SUITE.
BOTH ACCOMMODATIONS CAN POTENTIALLY BE OCCUPIED SIMULTANEOUSLY, SINCE THEY HAVE THEIR OWN RENTAL SCHEDULE.

This property, recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with the minimum renter age being 21 years old.

•The 2nd Bedroom: Has a Queen Bed
