Did not have a great day! The room was disgustingly, dirty, towels were dirty, but folded up like they were new, and the bedsheets were not clean. They had crumbs in them. We were in Venice for an Elvis show, and after coming back to the .The room was disgustingly, dirty, towels were dirty, but folded up like they were new, and the bedsheets were not clean. They had crumbs in them. We were in Venice for an Elvis show, and after coming back to the room and getting ready for bed decided to drive back to Orlando. Would not recommend, and would like a refund!!!

The room was clean, the property seemed upkeep, just odd front door and a back door and a connecting door in the closet all in one room. The air conditioner was loud and although it was on auto never turn off Just an older / odd setup.

The location was wonderful and the staff was very nice. The upkeep of the hotel was unfortunately lacking and the noise around the as a lot.

The owners are very present. Seem to be an extended family. Some of them do not know any English. One knocked on the door at 9 AM when I was preparing to check-out but he wasn’t able to communicate why he disturbed me. He just stood there! Strange. It’s an old place that has been renovated somewhat. Overpriced in my opinion. But it’s December in Florida so that’s probably why. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was not functioning until the second of my three day stay. Housekeeping services daily were excellent.

Naren, the hotel manager, is one of the best that I have ever come across in the hospitality industry! He is truly a hidden jewel in Venice, Florida! I travel alot as a consultant and he went way beyond any of my expectations! If you are around Venice, Florida, please choose this hotel as your stay! You will not be disappointed; Naren will be your personal guardian angel!!

We checked in. It was nothing like the photos online. The room smelled strong of urine. We immediately went to the front desk and told them we were leaving. Total dump. Hotel.com did not respond when we requested a full refund. Beware!
