We had a one bedroom suite & it exceeded our expectations. We're used to staying at resorts & so visiting this hotel was a surprisingly comparable stay. The check in process was easy, everything was clean. The walk to the room from the few entry doors is a bit inconvenient but it is just how the building was built. The hallways smelled nice & sanitary. Staff was quick to respond on text. We loved the personalized message on the TVs. Breakfast was SUPERB! The options were full of variety & taste. The breakfast staff member (I cannot remember her name but she has quadruplet children) was phenomenal. Incredibly friendly, hospitable and provided some awesome tips for the area! We loved the price ($170 w/ taxes) for the night being that we were only a 15 minute drive from Lido Key Beach & shopping area. Room was clean & no complaints whatsoever. We traveled with two littles & it was a convenient size for us all (including our playpens). We have already decided we will make this our place to stay whenever we choose to take mini staycations in this area!

The worst Hilton hotel I’ve stayed in. Hallway carpets are dirty. They use heavy plug ins to musk the smell of old carpets. I had to hold my breath every time I was going to the elevator or in the main lobby. The concentration was so heavy that you couldn’t even smell breakfast food. I’ve no idea how other quests could actually sit in the breakfast area and eat their food when it felt like someone sprayed the plug in in your nose. The front desk clerk in the morning shift (a middle aged man) was always very rude. Basis questions were met with hostility by him. We had to wait for the second shift to ask for anything, like trash bags, toilet paper, clean towels, fix the patio lock which was broken, etc. They also have limited parking. We always had to park far away on the other side of the building because all parking spots by our room were taken.
