Guests have access to entire house except owner’s cabinet and garage space.

Prior approval required. Allow up to 2 dogs for additional fee of $200/pet per stay:

Heated pool feature is available for extra $35/night (recommended between the months of Oct to May)



When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 70 degrees. So unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.



To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including:



1 paper towel roll

2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom

3 dish pods

3 laundry pods

3 trash bags

1 new sponge

Coffee: 5 K-cups or 2 bags of ground coffee

Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are included!
