When you`re ready to venture out, downtown Sarasota`s incredible restaurants and nightlife are only 7 minutes from your front door. Beach lovers will be thrilled — St. Armands Circle, Siesta Key Beach, and Lido Beach are all under 15 minutes away.
The fully equipped chef`s kitchen is a genuine standout. Stainless steel appliances throughout include a 5-burner stovetop with a sleek free-standing ventilation hood, built-in double oven/convection combo, side-by-side refrigerator with front-door filtered water and ice, a dedicated wine refrigerator, double sink, and dishwasher — all set against warm earth-tone solid stone countertops. A pass-through opens to the dining room where a beautiful wood table seats 8 comfortably. Glass sliders connect the dining space to the deck, making indoor-outdoor entertaining effortless. Tucked behind kitchen doors, a full-sized washer and dryer adds everyday convenience to your stay.
Step outside and into your own private Florida oasis. The spacious, fully fenced backyard is lined with lush palm trees and mature landscaping for complete privacy. The heated pool sits within a protective pool cage — perfect for morning laps or afternoon lounging. The private hot tub, located just outside the pool cage, fits 4 or more and is ready whenever you are. Fire up the BBQ grill for an easy alfresco dinner, then settle into the shaded 4-person seating area with a cold drink and zero plans. This is exactly what Florida was made for.
The king-sized master suite is your personal retreat — spacious and serene, with a large walk-in closet that gives you full permission to overpack. The private en-suite bath features a stunning clawfoot soaker tub with shower handle and a separate water closet for added privacy. Please note: the master en-suite does not include a standalone shower — the step-in tiled shower is located in the second bathroom. The clawfoot tub is truly a highlight, and most guests fall in love with it.
The second bedroom suite is bright, airy, and impressively flexible. Enter through elegant French glass doors to find a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet, and abundant natural light from large windows that keep the room feeling open and cheerful. A 3-person sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed — ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests. The second bathroom, just steps away, features a pedestal sink, custom built-in shelving, and a step-in tiled shower. The third bedroom brings warm Florida charm with a queen bed dressed in soft tangerine and beige tones, a closet, and easy access to the second bathroom — cozy, comfortable, and full of personality.
This is a non-smoking home. Well-behaved pets are welcome — we ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs and review our pet-friendly booking agreement. A $300.00 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $100.00 cleaning fee apply for a thorough post-stay deep clean.

** A vacation rental contract is required to be signed prior to any bookings.
** Security cameras are located on premises overlooking the pool area, front door and side of the house.
** A 25% booking deposit is due for any bookings that are beyond 30 days in advance.
** A vacation rental contract is required to be signed prior to check-in. The host will also require a picture copy of a valid government-issued ID and credit card (front and back).
This is a self-check-in property. A stay guide will be emailed to you prior to your stay. Please review your stay guide in detail as it outlines all of the information you will need to access and operate the property.
** Our property is checked for damages prior to your stay and immediately after your stay. Any/all damages found by our guests must be reported immediately upon check-in (within the first 2 hrs). Any damages not reported within this time frame will be perceived as damages caused by you or your party. You will be required to pay for any/all damages.
** Due to strict insurance requirements, there cannot be more than 6 occupants in, or on the property at any given time. Occupants include a person/persons who resides or is present in the house, at a given time. If total occupancy exceeds 6 persons at any given time, THE GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $150.00 PER PERSON AND WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.
** To ensure that our neighbors can enjoy their evening in peace, there is absolutely no swimming or use of the pool beyond 11pm EST/EDT.
** PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES prior to your departure. If dishes are not washed, an extra cleaning feesof $100.00 will be applied.
** Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guest`s leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of $75.00 will be charged. You may also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied.
** Please do not rearrange our furniture. If the furniture is rearranged, an additional moving fee of $100.00 will be charged.
** If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, family gathering, etc), please speak with us about it prior to booking.
** If guests are found to have had a party without the host`s permission guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $200.00 and WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.
** If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.
** Any local guests are asked to identify themselves to the host prior to booking.
** Check-outs are at 11am Eastern Time. Late check-outs will be charged an additional $100.00 for every hour that the guest is late in checking out. If the late-check out results in a refund to the guest who is to check-in after you, you will also be required to cover the costs of the refund. PLEASE NOTE: SHOULD YOUR ADDITIONAL LATE FEES EXCEED OUR DAILY RATE, THEY DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO STAY AN ADDITIONAL DAY. Late fees are charged as a penalty and not as an authorized daily rate.
This is a non-smoking property. Should you or your guests get caught smoking on the property, you will be charged an additional $500.00 for fumigation costs + and additional cleaning fee of $200.00.
** Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home when in Florida, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
