Kitchen with convection/microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes, utensils, Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed with large closets, the living room has a full sized fold out sofa, tv/wifi/cable, desk, table for two, shower in original bathroom, and private entrance foyer. Lots of natural light.

Located in a safe historic area in the south side of downtown Sarasota, nestled between high-end residential Palm Avenue, Hudson Bayou and Laurel Park. Walk to Opera, Theaters, Restaurants, Bayfront, Selby Gardens, Museums, Spas, Waterside Dining, Boating, Shopping and so much more! Close to all the amenities one would need with trolley's to the beaches and scooters to rent outside the door. Award winning businesses, coffee shops and just darn cute area that is super walkable.

Lovely little apartment in great location.

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Perfect size for my husband and I. The host was very quick to answer questions. Check in was easy. This apartment is in a great location walkable to downtown restaurants and shops.
