Overall, the hotel fulfilled our needs. The lack of a front desk guest services agent left a bit to be desired. Checking in on a kiosk through video chat is very impersonal. The included breakfast lacked variety and we ended up not partaking. Also, we were not comfortable with overnight parking at the rear of the hotel. There always seemed to be people just hanging around the area. We most likely will not be staying at this location again in the future.

The room was clean, we checked in thru a machine which took little time, other than that we didn’t see any staff. Ice maker didn’t work, we didn’t find anyone to tell this or ask ice from… If you just want to sleep somewhere safe it’s perfect.

Need to add some protein. Hard boiled eggs would’ve been a nice option or even some sausage links. It’s advertised as a deluxe breakfast and it was far from deluxe! Room was nice and clean. Smelled like marijuana in the hallways a few times. Very hard to understand the people on the virtual check in and check out. Very frustrating.
