Our stay was delightful! The lady at the coffee/ breakfast counter on Thanksgiving morning was super friendly and helpful! The front desk clerk was very friendly, too, on Thanksgiving morning. My one critique is the lock-out of my room at 10:20 am on check-out day. I was transferring suitcases and bags to my car before 11:00am and upon return to my room I realized my key card didn’t work. My husband was in the bathroom, so I had to wait to get back inside. Please consider delaying the lock-out until 10:55.
