would like to sincerely congratulate the entire hotel staff. The experience my wife and I had was absolutely magnificent. Honestly, I could not find a single negative detail. Everything was clean, beautiful, and spectacular. The service and customer care were better than any five-star hotel I have ever visited. We truly felt at home, cared for and pampered as if we were surrounded by family. It was an incredible experience, and we are very grateful.
