THE SPACE
Step inside and settle into a bright, comfortable home designed for easy Florida living.
The primary bedroom features a **King bed**, blackout curtains, ample storage and a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom offers a **Queen bed**, dresser, walk-in closet and a unique workspace tucked inside the closet that we affectionately call the "Cloffice." It's a quiet little spot for catching up on emails or getting some work done during your stay.
Additional sleeping space is available on the pullout sofa.
After a day in the Florida sunshine, relax in the comfortable living room, stream your favorite shows or enjoy a family movie night.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack a picnic for the day or enjoy dinner at home.
Prefer to let someone else do the cooking? You're also close to an excellent selection of restaurants, seafood spots and international cuisine throughout Gulf Gate and Sarasota.

One of our favorite features of Sun-Kissed Cottage is the **large screened lanai**.

Sun-Kissed Cottage welcomes one well-behaved dog under 50 lbs. with a $150 pet fee.
Pets must be crated when left unattended and kept off beds and furniture. Guests are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of pet waste.

Golfers will appreciate being close to Gulf Gate-area golf, while outdoor enthusiasts can explore nearby parks, waterways and the Legacy Trail.
And, of course, Siesta Key's famous white-quartz sand and beautiful Gulf waters are only a short drive away.
YOUR PRIVATE RETREAT
Guests have private access to the entire cottage, including the screened lanai, grilling area, lawn and garage.
Sun-Kissed Cottage is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, making it especially important to us that our guests enjoy themselves while being considerate of our neighbors.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Parties, events and loud music are not permitted.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Due to neighborhood/deed restrictions, trailers, boats, trucks and campers are not permitted at the property.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
The home uses a septic system. Only septic-safe toilet paper should be flushed. Wipes, sanitary products, paper towels and other items must never be disposed of in the toilets.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please do so outside of the screened lanai and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
STAY A WHILE
Sun-Kissed Cottage is also well suited for longer Sarasota stays, with a full kitchen, laundry, storage space, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
Guests staying a month or longer may also take advantage of discounted light-cleaning services during their stay.
