This is open plan home with a big family room, 60" TV above electric fireplace, formal dining room seats 6 with the bar seats 4. We have big lanai with a table seating 8, big sofa, 2 chairs, 2 lounge chairs. BBQ Grill.The kitchen, with beautiful black granite counter tops, electric cooking range and oven, and fine wight wood cabinetry is stocked with all you will need to make up a fun vacation meal or prepare a sit-down gourmet delight. We have all new appliances. Lots of cabinets, and a big pantry. Garage converted to a play room, has AC and a ceiling fan, queen size futon, with a pool table, and other games. Pool is heated (for additional charge), salt water pool. Tile floors in the main areas and bathrooms, bedrooms has a laminate floors. Back yard is fully fanced. Laundry in the garage.
