Newly remodeled, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, heated pool home is located in the Gulf Gate Estate neighborhood. 2,5 miles from the famous Siesta Key Beach. Great split plan bedrooms and bathrooms. High-speed Wi-FI. Located less than a mile from Publix Grocery, Gulf Gate shopping mall, grocery store, restaurants, cafes, pubs. Walking distance from the nearest convenient/gas station-7Eleven (5min). Parking for up to 3 cars maximum.
Must be at least 25 years old.
This home features 2 Queen bedrooms, a screened heated pool, dining & seating area. You will also find a gas grill available for your outdoor cooking and entertaining needs. Outdoor Gazebo with a sitting area and a fire pit for your enjoyment. The family room is furnished with comfortable seating, TV, & WI-FI. Kitchen is fully equipped; with granite counters. The dining room is great for dinner guests. Beach equipment is provided (chairs, umbrella, towels). Pack-n-Play and High Chair is provided upon request.
