This house is very clean and roomy. Large family room. Nice size TV, took us two days to figure it out(use your pass code/sign in from your home tv). It has the best stocked kitchen we've ever stayed at. Appliances seemed to be very new. There is a Laundry Room not a closet. there was even some Detergent!! nice bonus. Main bedroom is comfortable and bathroom looks brand new, very nice. The second bedroom is, just that, a second bedroom. Second bathroom has a combo tub/shower and is just as nice. Both have shampoo conditioner and body soap. Lots of extra bedding and towels. The backyard is spacious with a nice size covered shaded area with a three burner propane grill, beach chairs and umbrella, boogey boards a place to put your kayak with a launch area less then 200 yards(estimated!!!!!)Now the Cons; Could not figure out thermostat, constant 76, until the last night which was at 73 not sure how that happened. Now with that in mind, there was no ceiling fan in main bedroom. Other then that it was a great stay and would stay again.

This house was truly a Home away from Home ! We Loved how comfortable it was. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional. Mornings and evenings on the patio were enjoyable. Location was great for beaches, parks and some amazing restaurants so close by. Thank you for sharing your home .

Pluses and minuses. For the positive: Jaime was very responsive to our request allowing us to check-in early, premises were satisfactory cleaned. Sufficient amount of toiletries and lines readily available. Washer/dryer, AC and dishwasher all worked well. Convenient location to greater Sarasota area. Internet and TV worked well. Areas for improvement: within an hour of checking in we realized there was no hot water to the kitchen sink, Jaime confirmed via phone that there was only cold water to the kitchen sink. We cook most of our meals so that was challenging for a 25 day stay. The last 5 days of our stay temperatures dropped down in the 40’s at night and unfortunately the heat didn’t work. In the description it states “waterfront vacation home” It is NOT waterfront. It also states a private club and we saw it but it is fenced and locked so there was no access. The home and its furnishings are rather dated and the interior could use a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.

Home was no where near what other folks have left reviews for it.Animal in the attic at night, other than the kitchen & bathrooms the home is in disrepair.Trip hazard when exiting through the slider’s.Cockroaches and other insects in the home.Furnishings look like they were purchased at a second hand store.No hot water for days.The hosts answer to our issues was” If you didn’t like the property why didn’t you just leave.”Worst experience we have ever had renting a property!The host complained about the fact that he had to spend 900 dollars for a new water heater.My wife told him that’s the cost of doing business.As far as a beautiful vacation house, I wouldn’t go that far.We were locked out of the home on three separate occasions and ultimately we were requested to change the batteries in the electronic door locks.Side door is in the carport and the host said he never told us to use that door.Very poor host!When we reported all the issues to VRBO, the host called us and when we tried to talk to him he told us to listen to him. He just wanted to argue.Can’t say much else about the property as well as the host.VRBO should check these properties on a random basis.

My husband and I stayed here this past week with our two dogs. The house was pretty equipped with everything needed. The fenced in back yard was a plus along with the back yard seating/lights. The two issues of our entire stay was that the master shower drain was clogged so there was standing water in the shower while showering. Second, we had an issue with the keypad our entire stay even after changing the batteries out. This was very frustrating. The door finally unlocked after 4-6 times of putting the code in.This house is within a 20 minutes drive to three different beaches

Best getaway!

A great location for beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house was perfect and spacious. Loves having a big kitchen, and being able to have a back yard with a place to relax for a cup of coffee or a cocktail. Bathrooms were wonderful and spacious. We will definitely make this house our annual vacation spot. Definitely recommend staying here! Plus the host was very friendly and accommodating. This was our first time renting a house, and what a positive experience.

Comfortable and clean stay

We loved this house and neighborhood. The fully enclosed yard and covered patio was perfect for us and our mini doodles. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood. The property mgr/owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again at this location.

Almost perfect!

This rental felt like home! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Fenced yard was great for our dog and for gathering with folks. A very convenient, safe and walkable neighborhood. I would definitely stay again! The sunken dining room is a trip hazard, but no other issues.

Great location in a Quiet Neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the location is is a bit away from the famous Sarasota beaches, it only takes a short drive to get to Siesta Key. What is good about the location is that it is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to shopping (Publix, Costco, etc.). We especially enjoyed the kayak put-in at the end of the street. It had direct access to the intercoastal waterway and to a limited access beach only a short paddle across the bay. Also the backyard was well fenced with some soft grass for our dog to relax on. All in all, a great experience.

Adorable place near the bay.

Near the bay in a nice neighborhood. The yard was nicely fenced for our dog. Needs more towels. Tropical shores civil Marina is not available to non-residents. We had a wonderful time.

The house was clean, comfortable and close to Tamiami, yet located in a quiet neighborhood. Beaches are a short drive away. The owner was always available and replied to messages quickly. He went out of his way to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend!
