++ A primary bedroom featuring a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and private entry door to the backyard.

++ A secondary bedroom featuring a queen sized bed.

++ A third bedroom with a bunk bed. A full sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed on the top.

++ A fourth bonus room featuring a queen sized sleeper sofa and two matching loveseats. This room contains the projector (the only other "TV" in the home aside from the main living room TV).

++ A second bathroom featuring a bathtub.

Guest Access:
This home shares the property with a detached guesthouse - that is a separate AirBNB. This guesthouse has a small private stock tank pool. The guests of Art House will not have access to this stock tank pool or small courtyard located near the guesthouse. Art House has its own larger, private backyard and larger stock tank pool.

The guests of Art Haus have 2 reserved parking spaces in the rock driveway (the right side). The guesthouse in the back also has 2 reserved spaces (the left side). There is unlimited and free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Down the street from a beautiful local golf course, very walkable. Historic homes throughout the neighborhood, well lit and very safe. Can walk across the main road to Sarasota Bay.
