We enjoyed this property! It was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. We had been on a 13 day road trip around the outskirts of FL and had just left the Keys and loved this stop more than our FL Keys stop. The beach was amazing with an abundance of shells, breathtaking sunsets and the accommodations were exactly what my husband and I needed for our 2 night stay. If we ever get back down that way we will definitely stay there again!

Right on the beach. Newly remodeled room that was done very well. Courtyard that sits right at the edge of the sand. It was a wonderful gem on the beach.

The room was perfect for two, we stayed in #19 from Saturday to Saturday. It was clean and quiet. Nice place to hose off after coming up from the beach. Served our purpose well. Loved the short walk to Pops and the app you offered, that came in handy especially the Beach Gear people that was a great amenity. Some improvements that need to be made is definitely the bed, extremely squeaky and small for us, I slept on the couch which was ok but not great. Pretty held back on the towels would have liked four but were only allowed 2. After day five we finally had the maintenance guy look at our shower as we had no water pressure, he did fix it and we did have one great day of showering, lol. The patio between the units needs some kind of shading above, not a whole lot of shaded area to sit out of the sun. Overall it was nice I would give it a total of 4 out of 5 stars.

Great find right on a private, local beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger tourist areas. More than fair price point for the ability to walk right onto the beach, and the interior of the units have been updated nicely. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. Pullout sofa was a bit of a challenge, but no overcome-able. Staff very helpful and friendly. Awesome for sunsets off the Gulf, and a good local eats right there. Loved the town of Venice nearby. Gets REALLY dark in the area, though - seemed like our hotel lights were the only ones on! Overall a great choice for a nice, laid back atmosphere - definitely recommend!
