Excellent hotel with a great location. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the wellness area was a great place to unwind. One of the worst 5-star hotels in the world, no greeter at front entrance, long delays for service, suite not in the best shape, decor items worn, turkish sauna (hamam) doesn't resemble actual hamams, hot spa was closed, pool water was pretty cold, many TV channels didn't work with bad or no signal. On the upside, the included breakfast was great.

The hotel was an excellent experience. First class all the way. We really enjoyed the spa. The sauna and salt room were great and we had excellent massages. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the room was great and the breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed our walks along the river to and from Old Town and to restaurants for dinner. Highly recommend.
