We had an amazing stay and were extremely satisfied with everything. The room was always very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is overall very good and welcoming, with friendly and hospitable staff and so clean. My main criticism is that there was not a single glass or cup in the room for drinking water. Also, there was nowhere in the bathroom to place a toothbrush, shaving items, or other toiletries. Normally, most hotel bathrooms provide at least a cup or a small holder for toothbrushes and toothpaste. Another issue was the lack of a shower door or curtain, which caused the entire bathroom floor to get completely wet after every shower.

Vila Harmony in Sarajevo is an excellent hotel. The location is up on the side of a hill and outside of the main tourist area of the city. You can easily walk in to see the sights or take the tram. There are some excellent dining locations nearby as well.
