Very good in all aspects, though it was a bit confused when first arriving - to park our vechile. A little bit language barrier to realise it is a rotatory parking system and all luggages had to be removed from vehicle before parking. Very convenient location - walking distances to most of attractions.

Hotel is very convenient for shopping, food and transportations. Hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us with dining, attractions and transportation’s. Love the part that my room has a washer/dryer that made my trip to Sapporo even better ( pack light so I can buy more stuff)

Breakfast was ¥2100 but menu options somewhat limited. They do have both some Hokkaido specialties, which is more of an acquired taste. Convenient location to trains/subway, and some tourist attractions. Walkable to Tanukikoji and Susukino. Cleaning services limited to towels and trash removal. Other services/rentals cost $. Loved the in-room laundry machine and free soft served ice cream cones! Staff very friendly and helpful - even helped me fill out forms for on-site courier service to send parcels. This is definitely a plus if you want to ship your luggages to another hotel or avoid the hassle of going to the post office.

Perfect location of Sapporo. Susukino The location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing in Sapporo. It's convenient because simple cooking is possible and there's a Daiichi supermarket nearby.
