Friendly staff, good location. However room cleaning is not everyday. Sometimes the bathroom smells. The public bath is good. Gym only open after 1:00 pm. Hope they can have water or tea in the lobby while people are waiting to check in exactly at 3:00 pm. There are lots of choices for the buffet breakfast but some foodsā€™ temperatures are not hot enough.

The view from the room was stunning and the onsen was the best me and my husband have been to in Japan thatā€™s included with the hotel stay. Very spacious and at night had a nice dark serene feel

Nice new hotel and sauna + amenities. Love how thereā€™s a family mart at the reception area makes it convenient to just grab food when youā€™re on the go! Walk to the main Suzukino is not that far, and also close to Sapporo station! The hotel is a reasonable size and found it a little challenging when doing laundry.. although overall, good hotel!

Good overall but few shelves or places to put items in bathroom or in the room. About ten minutes walk to main Sapporo station, so easy enough to get to airport and downtown. Finding dining nearby a little difficult.
