Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great as it's walkable to the city center. There is a lawson across the street, 2nd floor has vending and ice machines and a microwave. Only issue is that it's older so you can sometimes hear people stomping about in the room above. Great price for the stay and there is a bus stop outside if you prefer that over taking a taxi. Taxi both to and from the hotel from New Chitose airport was $100+ USD each trip.

Room is very spacious and clean. Location is also perfect, 15 mins walk to Sapporo shopping area. Very convenient to travel around. We took airport limousine from airport to hotel and the bus stopped right in front of the hotel.

It’s a big hotel with great friendly service, fairly outdated. Location is good but it’s just shy off the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious but has heating only with no control over temperature, on our last night the room got very hot even with the window open.
