Checking in was very straight forward. The staff are friendly and helpful. The train station is very close by and a ton of shopping and food places are as well. Great hotel and the room was amazing. The breakfast had a huge variety and worth the money. I look forward to staying here again, when I come to Sapporo. 😊👍👍

The hotel is very close to the station so very convenient for bus tours, connections to the airport and so on. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room quite spacious. We would stay here again.

Located right next to Sapporo station, near JR rail entrance and tourism desk. Attached to a Lawson, across from 7-11. Very modern hotel with self checkin/out available via kiosk. Morning buffet breakfasts were lovely with a variety of traditional Japanese style breakfast options. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Can't wait to visit again!

Hotel was close to sapporo station, dining and shopping areas in downtown area. Staff also assisted to send luggage to airport. even though there was a language barrier, the staff used a translater equipment and tried her best to arrange so the luggage could be sent on time

Really love this hotel and strongly recommend to all who wants to visit Sapporo! Is just walking distance from JR station, and surrounds with all the shopping malls! You can easily get food from convenient stores below or opposite of the hotel! Nice hotel near daimaru and stellar

The hotel has very decent price breakfast and quite good. This hotel Is close by to the train station and the exit doesn’t have stairs n it’s a slope so it’s a breeze to lug the luggage up

Check in time was rather strict at 3pm, we reached at 2.45pm but had to wait. Free bottled water provided, rooms were clean. Our rooms faced the railway tracks and we could hear the trains faintly in the early morning. Very close to Sapporo station though not directly connected.

Stayed in this hotel for the last day in Sapporo. Location is good and very close to the station. Room size is pretty standard in Japan. Bed is comfortable and clean.

I appreciate the coffee machine at the lobby for drinks anytime. Room is spacious, heating is just nice, good water power in shower and closeness to food shops and sapporo station within walking distance. Simple no frills but cosy and effective.
