Amazing hotel! Location is brilliant, a really lovely base for seeing Sapporo. Everything was perfect. My only comment is how hot the rooms are, but easily fixed by opening our window

clean rooms and very convenient location. O have joined a local tour and to meet at the red landmark by 8 in the morning. I can reach there in ease even during snow storm. Some bars nearby however kids cannot enter by law.
