オシャレでカッコいいホテルでした。重厚感の中にタータンチェックのソファーとかかわいさもあって。エレベーターのボタン一つとっても素敵。いつか泊まってみたいと思っていましたが、身内の結婚式で当ホテルであり、前泊で利用させて頂きました。閉館間際のギリギリの利用でしたが、すみからすみまで堪能できました。長い間お疲れ様でした。この続きはエーデルホフで！と思いました。ありがとうございました。

リニューアル前最後の滞在

リネン室が近いせいか、廊下唐の物音が響きましたが、室内ではゆったりと過ごすことができ、いい旅になりました。朝食も和洋バランス良く、また地の物も取り入れられていて美味しかったです。モントレ札幌の趣ある古さが好きなので、リニューアル後はどのような雰囲気になるのか楽しみにしています。

かなり久しぶりに泊まってみたところ、、、

シングルで2泊を予約しましたが、フロントでツインを案内してくれました。スペースが広く、嬉しかったです。ただし窓の半分がクローゼットでふさがれていて、外の眺望が良かったわけではないですが、閉塞感がありました。ベッドは寝心地が良く、シャワーの勢いや角度もちょうど良い感じで、リラックスできました。チェックアウト時のフロントが、ありがとうもお気をつけての言葉ももない事務的な男性でホテルの雰囲気とあわず、そこだけ残念でした。それでも、優雅なものに囲まれて静かに非日常を楽しめる場所なので、今後も時々使わせてもらおうと思っています。

2日目の朝清掃をお願いしたのですが、とっても綺麗にしてくれたのが気持ちが良かったです！朝食バイキングもあとからつけたのですが、優待券をくれたのでやすく食べることが出来て良かったです。とても美味しかったです。 3日間最高なホカンスをすることが出来ました。また利用したいです！

ご対応も施設の雰囲気もクリスマスの雰囲気もとてもとてもかわいくるんってなりました！朝食バイキングも、北海道ならではの食べ物もあったりとても美味しくて特に出来立てのふわふわオムレツが最高でした。それとスタッフさんの気遣いがすごくて気づきが早くすぐにお皿を片してくださったり困ってたらお声をかけてくださってとても嬉しかったです。駅からも本当に近いし札幌きたらまた泊まりたいです！
