Room was clean, and staff were approachable. Although I didn’t opt for the breakfast, the location is very convenient with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Best of all, it is near the Sapporo station and many landmarks, so it made my stay in Sapporo very convenient. I also enjoyed their public bath - surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded whenever I came in on evenings after dinner.

Yes everything is perfect. The breakfast is the best. I went out to try out food in tourist popular ones, but the food here from hotel is already perfect with so many things to try. Onsen is good too. Location is near JR station.

Excellent location, close to Sapporo station. We took a highway bus from Shiretoko and the bus stop was literally right in front of this hotel. Very convenient. The hotel is somewhat on the traditional side. They have traditional room keys (not cards) that you need to leave at the front desk every time you step out. The room key is needed to turn on lights inside the room. People with tattoos aren't allowed to utilize the public bath. (We understand the Japanese standards, but some hotels are accepting tattoo cover up stickers nowadays.) They have a delivery massage service. I think knowing these aspects beforehand will help you fully enjoy this more traditional Japanese hotel.

I loved the concept of the connecting room we stayed in, I travelled with my 24yr old son and the connecting room was perfect for us as it gave us the ability to have our own space when needed. The rooms were always kept nice and clean for us by housekeeping staff and it's nice to come back to cleaned rooms at the end of the day. The hotel is walking distance to the Sapporo station, shops, restaurant, convenient stores, clock tower, a short distance to the Sapporo TV station and Odori park.

This hotel is quite close to Sapporo station. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning which made it quite warm when we got back to our room. The staff were friendly. The rooms are a bit dated, but ok overall. Cleaning staff were thorough.

Hotel is a hidden gem situated about midway (5 minute walk) between main JR train station and Odori park. It is centrally located near many subway entrances, shops and dining options. Front desk, house cleaning and breakfast crew were kind, efficient and helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing with wide variety of Japanese delicacies. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend Hotel Hokke Club Sapporo and would definitely stay here again.
