The hotel is nicely designed and well maintained. It has all the major amenities we wanted/needed - a public bath, a nice breakfast buffet, a common kitchenette with microwave ovens, a laundromat and an indoor link to Sapporo Station (about a 10 min walk). The rooms are a little tight. We had a twin room and a triple room. The twin was just about adequate but the triple did not have enough space for 3 suitcases to be laid out (we asked for an armchair to be taken away to make space). The rooms have a wall-mounted rack and hook system for hanging clothes, which offer limited space. A clothes rod would be a huge improvement. Everything else in the room was fine. The humidifier and the shoe dryer are thoughtful touches that demonstrate the hotel's thoughtfulness towards guests.

Wonderful hotel. Had everything that made our stay comfortable. Their room was very clean with modern features. The breakfast had more than enough selection to happy start to the day. Staffs were always very friendly. Also very convenient to have an underground passage connection all the way to the JR and subway.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, was nice to have somewhere that we could put the luggage away, and the bed was very comfy. The pillows were rather firm but that is quite normal in Japan. The only downside was the small bathroom, but we managed and the shower pressure was excellent. We didn’t use the public baths as we both have tattoos so unable to comment on those. However, we did use the washing machines and found the cycles quick even when using the dryer. Note that there is no change machine in the laundry and the machines only take 100 yen coins. Access to Sapporo station was easy both underground and on ground level. The underground passage to the station was very useful on our last day as the snowed. While a little away from the main sights of Sapporo, they are no further than a 30 minutes walk and we enjoyed seeing the city when walking to the different locations. We would happily stay here again and recommend others to do so!
