Nice, clean room, and nice staff. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! So many fresh pastries/buns, fresh salad, perfect fried eggs, hashbrowns, and so much more! Hot spa was just one pool, but still lovely - and honestly, since it was an extra, unexpected amenity, I have no complaints! Very walkable to the subway and lots of restaurants.

The manga room with all the books was cool to see. Staff were very friendly. The location is not bad, lots to do around the hotel. Hotel room was clean. The internet was spotty, at least in my room on the 8th floor. The TV is a bit outdated but that is something that is minor. Great, affordable spot to stay. Would likely stay in this hotel again when in Sapporo.

I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. ２回目の冬の宿泊でした。朝食のパンの種類が食べ切れない程ありとても美味しい。ダブルルームは狭く空調の吹き出し口が寝ている顔に当たる位置にあったので使わなかったですが、部屋は暑いくらいでずっと窓開けてました。でも前の通りは車が殆ど通らないので静かで快適。アメニティも喫茶も充実しており、何度でもリピしたいホテルです。
