2 hotel members assisted me in the middle of the night when i had some trouble. I am exceedingly grateful to Minaru and the other guy who I didn’t get the name of. I really enjoyed my stay during the Sapporo snow festival. The location was really convenient for accessing Odori park, public transport and local food. The staff were all very helpful. The room was pleasant, could do with an update.
