It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

自分が事前にちゃんと見てなかったのが悪いのですが今回ツインルームだったんですけど浴槽無しシャワーのみでした。風呂浸かりたい人は要注意。アメニティ、化粧水、綿棒は用意して欲しいかなと。設備自体は出来立てなのでとても綺麗です。ガヤガヤした札幌エリアと違い、夜はとても静かで人も歩いてません。北海道の雪景色や田舎感味わえて良いです。エスコンフィールド近く、シャトルバスで五分ほど、野球好きには間違いないです。

駅直結の便利で綺麗なホテルでした。 アメニティだけでなく部屋着を自分でロビーから持っていく必要があるのを知らなかったので、少し困りました。 エスコンフィールド行きのバス乗り場もエレベーターで降りたらすぐでしたので、本当に便利です。北海道観光の最初の拠点として、札幌に泊まらずこちらに泊まるのもありだと思いました。また利用したいと思いました。

Our booked rooms are distributed to different floors. In fact we have marked our request (to be close to each other) during the booking process. The reply of failure from the hotel is not because it is too full, but because they are not being requested. It made us very inconvenient during our stay.
