The space
The main floor living room with stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling opens to a front deck as well as the kitchen and dining room. The main level features the master bedroom (king bed) to one side of the house and on the other side of the house, a guest room (full over queen bunk bed) and large second guest room (king bed). All of the bedrooms have spectacular views and are en-suite.
A cozy family room with large tv and additional bedroom (two queen beds) and full bath are on the lower level and just a short walk to the gazebo. Kitchen is well equipped (dishes, utensils, steak/cooking knives, baking ware, serving ware, toaster, Keurig, microwave). 2 car garage via covered walkway to the house. New washer and dryer is on the first floor off of the master suite. We are currently working with a designer and ordering new furniture, rug, and game table for the main living room, additional outdoor furniture, and a new bed and chest for the master bedroom which will be delivered by July. The Cashiers Crossroads are less than 10 minutes and Ingles grocery store is about 7 minutes from the house.
