Relax in one of two inviting living areas, both featuring 75" TVs, or step onto the expansive deck with dining and lounging areas and complete with a 55" outdoor TV. Have fun family competitions on the 2 player Arcade console complete with 60 classic games such as Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, and more!

Home has high speed fiber internet making streaming and keeping in touch with others very easy. A new tankless hot water heater ensures everyone gets a hot shower and the full house generator keeps the house running during any unexpected power outages.

The custom-designed kitchen comes FULLY stocked with everything you need to cook up a feast. Plenty of cooking and baking tools and gadgets including items such as coffee makers (drip and Keurig), a KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, crockpot, air fryer and electric can opener.

Home is situated on a corner lot and has plenty of parking with a garage, large driveway, and an additional side parking area.
