Great one night stay

Only stayed one night but the suite was beautiful and the view amazing. We did try to swim as the pool says it is heated but it was too cold for us..... didn't spoil out stay though and breakfast was great.

- I booked normal room but the view was disappointed to me, I requested to change the room to lake view , but the receptionist didn't provide professional services, he charged me big amount including the Hotel.com commision, he urged me to pay it to the hotel, which is against Hotel.com rules and regulation. - Lake view fantastic as well as breakfast.

Yakın zamanda konakladık, ancak bize giriş kat verildi bahçe ve havuzun önünde olduğu için odayı perdeler kapalı yani karanlık kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Uygulama üzerinden rezervasyon yaptığımdan beri iletişime geçtim ama mesajlarıma dönüş alamadım en son arayarak ulaşabildim. Havuzu maalesef gittiğimiz dönemde yağışlı ve üstü açık olduğu için kullanmadık keşke açılır kapanır sistem ile kapatabilselerdi. Yemek seçenekleri maalesef yok denecek kadar az, kesinlikle öğlen veya akşam için seçenekler artmalı.Ulaşım açısından yollar çok iyi değil araçla gitmek gerek. Çevrede yapılacak şey az merkeze yine araçla inmek gerekiyor. Butik bir yer olanakları ve hava durumunu kontrol ederek gitmek gerekli. Sadece kahvaltı dahildi o da fena değildi en üst kattaki ablalar ilgililerdi. Ancak fiyat performans olarak daha iyi bir yer tercih edilebilir yine de teşekkürler.

Harika

Temiz, keyifli ve konforlu bir gece geçirdik. Balkon manzarası muhteşem, jakuzi sorunsuz çalışıyor. Sıcak su problemi yok. Kahvaltısı ise çok güzeldi. Bölgede çok sık elektrik kesiliyor fakat otelin jeneratörü hemen devreye girdiği için o da sorun olmuyor. Ek bilgi otele kışın gidecekler için mutlaka kış lastikleri ile gitsinler hatta yanlarında zincir bulundursunlar. Çok dik yokuşlarla ulaşıldığı için sorun yaratabilir. Biz bu güzel ağırlama için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Güzel bir butik otel, ama baya bir tepede bulunuyor. Araba biraz zorlanıyor fakat manzara mükemmel, Sapanca gölü manzarası tek kelimeyle harika. Kahvaltı mükemmel, herşey özel hazırlamış. Dikkat edelmesi konular, odamız 30m2 diye rezervasyon yaptık fakat hiçte 30m2 deyil, en fazla 20m2. Odardan baya konuşma sesleri geliyor, izalasyon biraz düşük.
