Luxurious stay with nature and Best Service. Super

The place is so luxury and so beautiful, breathtaking, greet stuff, from cleaning to reception to restaurant. Pure Turkish breakfast. So fresh, great Coffee. Pool and Spa AMAZING, massages and cleanest Turkish bath and saunas I have ever been. We extended our stay three more nights as we loved every single this about this place.

Location and surroundings are good. I paid for pool view roam but the hotel said we gave all thw pool view roam to toehr guests!!!! What an unprofessional indecent thing to do. They even did not apologize and said take another roam.!!! Expedia compensated me thankfully ..but be careful from what you are paying for and what they give you...the hotel tried to fool me and said you paid for pool sode ..i showed him the reservation and it said pool view...for me i will not book in this jotel agaaain

Small with nice nature views

The staff is very friendly from the manager to the receptionests to the waiters, they are all speack english. The location is amazing with nice nature around. The swimming pool is always clean. The hotel itself is small with only around 20 villas, but has all the activities we need from swimming pool, spa, turkish bath. The mananger advise us to go to some restaurants around, they were all very nice. If i will cone back definitely i will stay here.

Worst stay at Sapanca

It was your mistake to reserve me three units while I booked one unit of three bedrooms for four adults. You charged me triple the price and I tried to contact you through live chat but no action been taken. when I informed the hotel first they told me they will refund me the extra cost for the other two villas but when check out they said it is all hotels.com problems and they refuse to do any refund or settlement. It was very rude from the guy at the reception and he even said he doesn’t care about my feedback or review on the website.
