Our home is spacious, comfortable, and charming, featuring a private leisure area that includes outdoor furniture, a barbecue grill, and a pizza oven. The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed, and you can enjoy a bath while taking in the view of the surrounding landscape. The second suite is located on the first floor of the house, ensuring greater accessibility for guests. The house has ceiling fans and air conditioning in all indoor areas, including each of the bedrooms. In addition, it is very airy and tends to stay cool thanks to a beautiful shade tree at its entrance.
The Villa Marae Condominium complex is incredibly spacious, beautiful, and well-maintained. The complex offers 4 swimming pools (one with a pool bar and another with a water slide), a children’s playground with various facilities, a playroom, a game room, a sauna, a well-equipped gym overlooking one of the pool areas, a tennis court, 2 soccer fields, a jogging trail, a laundry room, and additional parking spaces at the entrance. Beach service with 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs is available to our guests. There is a restaurant on the premises that serves appetizers and meals via delivery. Guest access:
Guests have access to all areas of the house and the common areas of the Villa Marae Condominium. They also have access to extra parking spaces at the entrance to the condominium, if available. You can also enjoy the complex’s restaurant, which offers very reasonable prices.
