Magnificent beachfront property with private access to a small beach. Unique ocean views and stunning sunsets.
The house was designed to take full advantage of its prime location, offering ocean views from every bedroom and living room.
If you need a relaxing time with your family or want to spend a few special days with friends, the house can provide unique experiences.
The house has 380 square meters of built area, 4 suites, a TV room, and a heated pool, making your stay extremely comfortable and unique. From the pool deck, you'll be in constant contact with nature, with views of the sunset and the wonderful sound of the ocean waves.
The house is located in São Sebastião, opposite Ilha Bela. The area boasts excellent supermarkets, pharmacies, and cozy, high-quality restaurants.
