O hotel tem boa localização com boa estrutura e funcionários solícitos! Fiquei no quarto 24 e pelo valor da diária, deve ocorrer mudanças importantes e fundamentais, como: Wi-Fi não funcionou na maior parte do tempo - não entra a página de login, no qual era impossível o acesso e por consequência, não conseguia acessar a entrada dos streamings na televisão; não há canal aberto, no qual a TV só é utilizada para streaming. Não é o meu caso, mas muitas pessoas com mais idade, utilizam a TV para assistir notícias gerais. Atenção ao pedido do restaurante - foi solicitado dois pratos e só chegou um, foi entregue e depois pediram o outro. Misturador de água do banheiro não funciona e tem pontos de infiltração próximo do vaso sanitário. Casa de marimbondo na entrada do quarto. Porção do bar não é saborosa e pequena pelo valor cobrado. Não há reposição do tapete higiênico do PET (deixam somente um no quarto) e deveriam pensar em cercar o quarto do lado de fora para o PET aproveitar mais o espaço. Não ocorreu reposição do sabonete em barra e acabou o sabonete líquido para tomar banho, secador barulhento e sem potência e disponibilidade de uma toalha de rosto! Ah! E deveria ter mais toalhas para uso da banheira, já que só deixam duas toalhas de banho no quarto! Não há nenhuma cerca em uma parte do hotel, com livre acesso as dependências e a noite no trajeto para os quartos fica muito escuro - penso que seria necessário melhorar a iluminação noturna para não ocorrer acidentes.

Acredito que pode melhorar o odor no quarto e também deixar a cabana mais vedada para controle de insetos rastejantes, uma aranha grande entrou no quarto e causou um desconforto em nossa noite de sono. O restante excelente, atendimento, instalações e natureza impecável

A limpeza deixou o pouco a desejar, o quarto tinha cabelos de hóspedes anteriores e tinham bichos mortos, inclusive no teto da suíte duplex, a banheira de hidro não ligava, depois de muito tempo fiz ele Ligar, porém não desligava, o atendimento do jantar foi impecável, como da piscina também, mas o do café da manhã deixou a deeejar, a variedade do café da manhã era boa, como os ingrediente também.

Boa estrutura, moderno e bucolico

Hotel moderno, muito charmoso e romantico. Estrutura muito especial por ter muito a natureza bucolica ao seu redor. Estrutura de esportes boa com sala ginastica, tenis, beach tenis e quadrinha de futebol muito bons. Singular a adega e sauna na piscina.Tudo muito otimo mas no ultimo cafe da manha os pedidos do cardapio atrasaram por um bom tempo o que criou um pequeno desconforto.
