O espaço é de um Flat. Muito grande por sinal para o preço e a localização. Somente achei que estava com cara de fechado por muito tempo devido o cheiro, mas logo se resolveu ao abrir as janelas. Banheiro tem bidê e chuveiro com banheira. No dia do Check-in, achei o funcionário com desdém. Espero que tenha sido o dia dele somente que estava ruim, porque se for direto...

Hotel com boas acomodações, os quartos são grandes, tem frigobar, café da manhã bom (poucas opções de pães e bolos -quando chegamos às 08:30 só tinnha metade de um bolo e uma fatia de outro). Os funcionários são bem atenciosos. Somente faltava toalhas e ligamos pedindo duas vezes para repor. O banheiro é grande e tem uma mini banheira com uma ducha sensacional. O único problema, que não é do hotel, e sim do site HOTEIS.COM é que o estacionamento é pago (e não gratuito como está no site).

A estadia foi boa, mas o hotel poderia oferecer melhor conforto, modernizando suas instalações do banheiro e do quarto. Notei que nem todos os banheiros possuem ducha higienica e no quarto familia que fiquei somente um possuia ar condicionado o outro não tinha nenhum aparelho que amenizasse o calor. Localização boa, próxima de estação de metrô e ônibus que podem levar o hóspede tanto ida e volta para os aeroportos de Congonhas e Guarulhos (com conexões de trens), como para o Shopping Bourbon (7 minutos de ônibus a partir de parada do minhocão ou o centro da cidade. Apartamento tipo flat, limpo e agradável, com pratos, talheres e frigobar permitindo consumo de refeições pedidas ou trazidas da rua. Apenas o café da manhã que mostrou-se razoável, não atende portanto àquele quem espera uma lauta refeição.
