Forte odor de esgoto no banheiro.

“Durante minha estadia, fiquei bastante decepcionado com as condições do banheiro do quarto. Havia um forte odor de esgoto, agravado pela ausência de qualquer sistema de ventilação ou exaustão. Essa situação comprometeu de forma significativa o conforto e a experiência da hospedagem. Fiz uma solicitação de troca de quarto devido ao odor e fui prontamente atendido. Recomendo que o hotel revise urgentemente esses apartamentos do 2ºandar especificamente o 210 para garantir maior qualidade aos hóspedes.”
