Atendimento péssimo , tempo de espera de quase 1 hora para um check in , ar condicionado com barulho de motor de carro, banheiro com registros todos antigos e não parava de vazar água, aí vc fecha o registro e tbm fecha da torneira e fica sem lava mão , foi pedido reparo para o telefone que estava mudo e estou esperando irem arrumar até agora. Só e bom para compras mesmo.

Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel, porém dessa vez foi ruim demais, quartos com roupas de cama manchados, baratas no quarto, chuveiro com vazamento, internet ruim ou sem acesso e café da manhã fraco e sem opções. Os funcionários da recepção são bem complicados e difíceis de lidar, somente um que nos ajudou o restante tudo o que pergunta nada tem ou pode auxiliar. Já o pessoal que faz manutenção do prédio são mais simpáticos e prestativos a ajeitar o que infelizmente não tem conserto (internet e chuveiro que não para de pingar) O prédio por completo precisa de uma reforma urgente. Com boa localização somente
