OK, but wouldn’t go back

Slow check-in, first bedroom given to us was not ready or available (it was in maintenance but the concierge didn’t know about it). Once we got told new bedroom, none of the soap dispensers worked so we had to call housekeeping right away. The second day, the bed headboard fell (nobody was injured) but they fixed it in short time after we informed reception (good job by the housekeeping team). The pool wasn’t available and the pizza oven in the restaurant was in maintenance. Breakfast was good. Valet parking (additional fee) was prompt and reliable. Noisy room: we could hear lots of noise from the street and corridors.

Fiquei muito decepcionado com a hospedagem. O hotel apresenta péssima conservação e diversos problemas de manutenção. A água quente não estava funcionando, o que causou grande desconforto durante a estadia. Além disso, praticamente não é possível falar com a recepção, pois o atendimento é extremamente falho. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar: poucas opções disponíveis, produtos de qualidade muito baixa e higiene bastante contestável. Infelizmente, a experiência foi muito negativa em praticamente todos os aspectos. A única coisa positiva do hotel é a localização, que realmente é boa. Fora isso, não corresponde minimamente às expectativas.

Já me hospedei várias vezes neste Hotel, adoro a localização dele. Porém neste ultimo final de semana do dia 10/04/2026 achei meu quarto com pouca pressão d'agua no chuveiro e no lavatório café da manhã também percebi com menos opções de frutas, bolos, pães. Espero que da próxima vez que eu me hospedar tenha voltado ao padrão de antes.
