The e staff was very helpful the area is not so much especially during the weekend because everything is closed around the hotell and on weekdays is too much traffic

Equipe funcionário boas, internet péssima. Elevadores superlotados e demorados, colchão ruim, pique de energia constante, restaurante custo:benefício, preço acima da media. Para cada café da manhã, tinha que ir até a recepção para pegar a autorização, detalhe: tinha que enfrentar a fila do elevador.

Hotel em condicoes muito ruim

O hotel esta caindo aos pedaços. Cama horrivel, o assento do vaso sanitarioachuca de tao desconfortavel que é. Chuveiro ou fica pelando, ou nao sai pressao de agua. Fico muitas x neste hotel e por mais de 1 dia, por ser fácil para as lojas que vou. Só por isso. Uma nota de zero a 5, é 1. Sei que nao vao melhorar. Sempre estao cheios de hospedes. Pra que vao melhorar se tem cliente????
