At check in the clerk couldn’t find my confirmed booking. He kept telling me I needed to book another reservation. He eventually found my reservation after about 30 minutes. Also, he said I can leave the car parked outside the hotel, I was told later by another clerk that it is restricted at certain times of the day. I would have gotten a ticket!

Ótimo hotel no Centro de SP. Estratégico para quem vem a trabalho. Vc estará no coração de SP. Estrutura do hotel é ótimo. Quarto espaço, banheiro espaçoso. Tudo limpo e organizado. Café da manhã excelente. Wifi funciona super bem. Gosto bastante e recomendo.

O Hotel é muito bom, fica muito próximo ao Bar Brahma, ao lado da praça da República. Nas proximidades tem Oxxo, Drogaria e pela localização, o UBER fica bem em conta. Tem serviço de estacionamento a uma taxa de R$40/dia (atualizado em Set/25). Gostamos muito da nossa hospedagem e consideramos um bom custo benefício.
