Staff were friendly. Quiet room as it's a smaller hotel with some residents. Upon arrival everything seemed clean and we only needed it for one night to sleep and shower. No negatives experienced during our stay. Breakfast was basic and simple but good. For a lower price, I would stay there again.

Although the decor is a little outdated the hotel is clean, safe, quiet (the higher floors are quietest), very close to restaurants and shopping. I almost always stay there when in Sao Paulo.

Good location with friendly staff

I had a very enjoyable stay at the landmark. The room was clean service was good. The room could use a little updating, but it was still comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub worked very nicely. I would like to see a few more selections for breakfast but otherwise it was good I would most definitely stay there again as it is also very well located in Sao Paulo.

Good potential, room needsmaintenance

Room was clean. Lots of maintenance issues: first 2 days aircon didn't work, needed to beg for blankets after freezing first night. Almost all fauced handles are loose and shower water pressure very weak (was on top floor). Room door lock stopped working after a few days, needed to be let in with maintenance override for 3 days till it was raplaced.

O hotel é muito bom e a equipe muito atenciosa. Porém, não se deixe ser assaltado pela administradora do estacionamento (que é um serviço terceirizado). Se passar uma hora da diária, vão te cobrar uma diária nova diária inteira (como fizeram comigo - julho/26), ao invés da fração ou hora extra, como seria o.justo. A alegação para tal? Por isso, nota 9 para o hotel, nota zero para o estacionamento.

Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Landmark e foi tudo ok. Temos um filho de 3,5 anos e ter microondas, pia e uma salinha com sofá (estrutura de flat) é necessário! Os funcionários são muito cordiais, café da manhã excelente, camas confortáveis, localização perfeita, limpeza e arrumação diária. Tudo 100%.
