Me incomodou muito a questão de ter que fazer um depósito, via pix, para liberar meu check in, foi aviltante, pois o valor deveria estar descrito em um local de fácil visualização. Não nas entrelinhas do texto, fora isso tive que aguardar a liberação do aposento para entrar, depois de um dia de trabalho e viajem. desgastante e desnecesário, se não confiam nos hospedes, não se disponham a alugar nesta modalidade... não volto e não indico a ninguem

Agradável

O apartamento é bom, a localização é ótima, acesso de entrada e saída tudo ok.. Apenas um cheiro forte de esgoto vindo dos ralos. Tinha que deixar o exaustor do banheiro ligado o tempo todo.. e mesmo assim ainda não dava conta. Do restante, é bem confortável.

Precisa melhorar

Nossa estadia no imóvel teve pontos positivos e negativos. Vou detalhar abaixo: *Pontos positivos:* Localização excelente, com fácil acesso a diversos pontos de interesse. *Pontos negativos:* *Limpeza:* O apartamento não estava limpo na chegada, mesmo com a taxa de limpeza paga para o check-in antecipado. O local estava organizado, mas havia bastante sujeira, especialmente no chão, embaixo do sofá e da cama. *Ar-condicionado:* O equipamento não funcionava adequadamente, mesmo na temperatura mínima, o que tornou o ambiente desconfortável em dias mais quentes. *Banheiro:* Havia um mau odor persistente, vindo dos ralos do banheiro e da pia. *Vazão da água:* Tanto na pia do banheiro quanto na cozinha, além do vaso sanitário, a vazão da água era muito lenta, dificultando o uso. *Itens de uso básico:* Faltaram itens essenciais para uma estadia confortável, como papel higiênico suficiente, talheres adequados, e mais jogos de cama (o único jogo disponível mal cabia na cama, causando desconforto). Também foram fornecidos apenas um pano de louça, um pano de chão e uma toalha de rosto para toda a estadia. *Observação importante:* As imagens apresentadas no site são enganosas, pois incluem fotos de outros apartamentos que não correspondem ao espaço alocado. Isso induz o cliente ao erro no momento da reserva, criando expectativas que não são atendidas. Infelizmente, devido a esses problemas, a experiência geral ficou aquém do esperado. Lençol da cama sujo e rasgado, tolhas sujas e manchadas, banheiro com forte cheiro de esgoto. Entraram no quarto sem a nossa permissão e travesseiros estavam sem as fronhas. Terrível!
