If you are looking for standards akin to the U.S. this is not a 4*. I learned that maintenance is often lax here in general, and that was the case at this hotel. I’ll start by saying no cockroaches or spiders which is huge, but cleanliness was subpar. My room needed repainting. I used napkins and water to clean filthy light switches/railing, and the fridge smelled. The terrace was big and had nice furniture, but the door to it was half off its hinges requiring a hard slam to close, with the spiral staircase railing to it wobbly. The sauna is not operable, though I did see staff checking the pool chemicals. The elevators used to have room card activation, now not working, though front desk is manned. Power is expensive here so hall lights are motion activated, which means very dark hallway until you pass the activation sensor. Felt like they were trying hard to make breakfast nice. Kitchen room (microwave, larger fridge and sink) will get 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 forks/spoons with no means of washing them nor no kettle available (I asked). Having said all that, the price was very reasonable - fair for what was offered. Just dial down expectations.

Achamos um papel higiênico sujo com algo dentro da gaveta do quarto, e havia apenas televisão no quarto, e não também na sala, mas a localização é boa e a equipe foi muito prestativa na troca do quarto, que em primeiro momento fomos alocados em um com banheiro adaptado para PCD por conta da lotação do hotel. O estacionamento é cobrada a diaria de R$50,00 enquanto que após o check-in é informado o valor de R$40,00

Já me hospedei outras vezes nesse mesmo local e, na ocasião anterior, tive uma experiência muito boa. O quarto estava limpo, confortável e todos os itens e equipamentos funcionavam perfeitamente. Desta vez, porém, a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado. Senti um cheiro desagradável no quarto, aparentemente parecido com cheiro de cigarro, embora eu não possa afirmar com certeza. Além disso, o chuveiro estava com vazamento, o que prejudicou um pouco a estadia. Ainda considero o local uma boa opção, principalmente pela experiência positiva que tive anteriormente, mas acredito que esses pontos precisam de atenção para manter o padrão de qualidade.

As dependências são simplórias, peças quebradas, móveis precários, mal acabamento de construção. O café da manhã não era tão saboroso, pães duros, sem sabor, bolos secos, frutas aguadas em geral, sem muitas opções. Quase nada de opção para pessoas com intolerâncias, como lactose, por exemplo. Academia - tv com controle não funcionando. Limpeza não tão bem feita. Não atenderam simples solicitações como: arrumar o quarto, troca de toalhas de banho, lavar as louças ou deixar detergente e bucha para que pudéssemos fazer isso. Algumas pessoas na recepção com cara brava ou não admitindo os erros cometidos.

Decaiu muito. Em 24horas precisei mudar 3 vezes de quarto. O cafe da manhã pessimo (fraquissimo) - cicadas mascaras, maquinas de cafe inoperantes - porous muito, a manutencao do hotel e inexistente, apesar da localizacao excelente para mim, não creio que retorno. Uma pena!
