The room was spacious and well designed. It is a nicely appointed hotel in a convenient location for most of the old city and Avenida Paulista. There are many excellent restaurants within a block or two! Overall we iked the hotel a lot. The breakfast has variety and decent quality. The fruit was always fresh and delicious. The Internet was generally good, but sometimes periodic or unreliable. There was a cockroch running up the drapes when we arrived. Room service was uneven. The worst aspect of this hotel was that the beds and pillows are too hard – we did not sleep well, and had body aches for the six days we were in São Paulo as a result. It is a shame in a property that is otherwise so outstanding.

I didn't know about airport shuttle. The hotel is excellent with walking distance to everything and near transportation. There are police 📷 all over the city. It was safe for me.

Was given an accessible room, which is fine, but the bathroom flooded during showers with water wanting to escape into the hallway! Also, the room felt like it could do with a deep clean. Breakfast was included and is okay, but I kind of wish I gone to a nice cafe for a good coffee and pastry. There’s plenty in the area and on that note the location is good, if you want to be in the centre of the city.
