Ótima estadia!

Ótimo quarto! Pequeno, mas tem tudo e com móveis novinhos. Também muito limpo, com toalhas, sabonete, shampoo e comodidades. Muito próximo da estação Ana Rosa do metrô (linha azul), o que permite o trajeto de 300 metros a pé em rua segura. Recomendo! Ficaria mais uma vez sim. Para idas rápidas a sp é muito cômodo. Falta somente a garagem. No mais, recomendo!

Atenção com limpeza

O apartamento é exatamente como indicam nas fotos. A limpeza deixa a desejar, pois tem áreas com muita poeira, como na sacada e porta da sacada. Tem um problema de esgoto do próprio prédio, o mal odor sai pela pia da cozinha e algumas vezes pelo banheiro. De restante, atendeu bem.
