The hotel was fine. A few places to eat right on the same block. Train station one block away, and the Train system was pretty easy to navigate. The area isn’t as sketchy as it looks from google street view. A few homeless around.

A estadia foi boa, gostei muito do hotel, boa localização. O que achei que falhou um pouco, foi durante o check-in e no café da manhã, como era um feriado, cidade cheia, Marcha para Jesus, Parada Gay, achei o café da manhã, um pouco confuso, espaço cheio, muitos itens demoraram para repor e a limpeza das mesas durante o café da manhã, achei que poderia melhorar. Um melhor preparo em dias de muito movimento, seria perfeito. E uma outra coisa, senti falta de um suporte para mala(bagagens) no quarto. De resto, gostei.

Fiquei hospedado no Ramada Encore Centro e a experiência reforçou exatamente a proposta da bandeira: um hotel moderno, prático, focado em quem busca eficiência, limpeza e uma boa noite de sono, sem burocracias. O que mais gostei: O quarto tem uma pegada urbana e minimalista, muito limpo e bem planejado. A cama é extremamente confortável, o chuveiro tem excelente pressão/temperatura e o isolamento acústico funcionou super bem. Ideal para descansar após um dia cheio de compromissos ou turismo. O atendimento na recepção foi ágil e cordial. O processo de entrada e saída é muito dinâmico, o que ajuda muito quem está com horários apertados. Wi-Fi e Trabalho: A internet do hotel é rápida e estável, com tomadas bem posicionadas no quarto, sendo uma excelente opção também para quem precisa trabalhar no estilo home office ou em viagens de negócios. Pontos de atenção: Como é comum em hotéis de perfil central, vale a pena conferir as taxas de estacionamento com antecedência (se são cobradas à parte) e a dinâmica de manobristas para não ter surpresas na chegada, pois eu tive, imaginei que fosse cortesia do hotel mas não saiu muito caro Por estar na região central, o hotel oferece excelente acesso a serviços, comércios e restaurantes. Se você for utilizar aplicativos de transporte (como Uber), os tempos de espera costumam ser mínimos. Se estiver de carro, fique atento aos horários de pico do trânsito. Deixei o carro no estacionamento do hotel e preferir utilizar Ubers que é mais prático

Hotel com ótima localização -metrô estação Tiradentes na calçada, ao lado de uma churrascaria que fecha 24h, mercadinho local. Um maravilhoso café da manhã! Tudo muito organizado, hotel tem tbm uma área de socialização entre os hóspedes. Ambiente gostoso de ficar. Quarto extremamente limpo, cama confortável, roupa de cama macia, troca das toalhas diariamente -um grande diferencial. Camareiras e recepção gentis, proativos e muito educados. Certamente voltarei e sempre indicarei.

Hotel ainda com problemas. Era o antigo Ibis e agora é Ramada. Quartos extremamente pequenos. Muito barulho e luz do corredor. Barulho do quarto ao lado. Não obstante ter desligado o ar-condicionado, o barulho persistia. Falta opção de jantar. A única pizzaria no lugar estava fechada (assim como ocorreu no ano passado, quando também me hospedei lá). Elevadores sempre lotados e café da manhã muito simples. Mas o pior foi ficar "preso" do lado de fora do meu quarto, por falha da chave eletrônica, quando precisava me arrumar rápido para o compromisso profissional que eu tinha. Apesar de ter falado por mais de 3 vezes com a atendente, o problema só foi resolvido após longos 30 minutos.

O hotel é excepcional se levarmos em conta a questão custo/benefício: quarto limpo, chuveiro quente, ar-condicionado, roupa de cama limpa, café da manhã farto. Obviamente que se compararmos a hotéis mais caros, ele fica devendo em alguns poucos itens, como por exemplo não ter box no banheiro.

Hotel bem ruim. A começar pelos quartos minúsculos, só oferecem toalha de banho no quarto, quiser uma extra ou toalha de rosto tem que descer até a recepção e pedir. Os móveis danificados. E inexiste proteção acústica, da p escutar tudo que acontece nos corredores e outros quartos. o café da manhã também insatisfatório. O hotel estava bem cheio, em decorrência do feriado, a reposição de pratos, talheres e comidas era insuficiente para demanda, gerando fila na hora de comer. Sem muitas opções, todos os dias eram servidos as mesmas coisas.
