Há mais de dois meses que o wifi do hotel não funciona. Muitos quartos com problemas de manutenção, fechadura não tranca, TV não funciona, te enviam para um quarto que já está ocupado, canais de TV fora do ar. As instalações são boas, mas o hotel é muito mal administrado, muitas falhas de operação e manutenção.

O Hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento dos manobristas ok. Atendimento da recepção ok. Porem o Hotel não disponibiliza escova de dentes e pastas de dentes aos hospedes, um kit básico para qualquer hotel 3 estrelas, mesmo um a beira de estrada fornece isso. Alem disso, eu liguei no serviço de quarto para solicitar um balde de gelo e 2 taças, a pessoa que atendeu foi grosseira, disse que não fornecia, eu disse que eu pagaria pelo serviço e a pessoa desligou o telefone. Liguei na recepção, e o atendente disse que não poderia fazer nada. Péssimo atendimento Não volto mais nessa rede de hotéis

Não é a primeira vez que a gente se hospeda no hotel. Sempre fomos muito bem atendidos. Mas dessa vez tivemos alguns problemas com a energia caindo e com o ar condicionado fazendo barulho estranho. Ao falar com a recepção prontamente mudaram eu e minha esposa de quarto. O maior problema que tivemos foi com garotos de uma equipe de futebol, que não vou mencionar o nome por respeito, que ficaram importunando a noite. Entramos em contato com a recepção que mandou um segurança verificar. Sobre os funcionários do hotel só temos elogios e agradecer pelo atendimento.
