Unexpected surprise.

During the check-in, we were informed of the need for a card on file for incidentals. Not a big deal the charge is usually something reasonable. This place it is 300 reals per night per person charged up front. For my two night stay it was a 1200 reals authorization on my card. It was almost as much as I paid for the two night stay. This was not made clear at the time of the booking. I did receive and email that a charge of up to one nights stay may be needed, but no mention was made of a per person per night stay. Rest of the stay was ok. Breakfast was outstanding, the room was clean, and housekeeping was spot on. Saying that the light switch’s are super confusing and not the easiest to operate.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful – elegant decor, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, and every meal I had was delicious. Overall, a great place to stay – I’ll definitely be coming back!
