The staff is very friendly and polite and always ready to assist us. The hotel is located close to Paulista Avenue and Ibirapuera Patk with lots of restaurants , bars, shops and malls however is in need of maintenance on bathrooms, hallways and gym. The breakfast was nice with a variety of tropical fruits , yogurt, breads and Cakes and eggs to order.

We arrived earlier and the concierge said she could take our luggage but we had to wait till 3pm to check in. We ate at the hotel and stayed close to the reception. We noticed that by 2ish some people were arriving and being checked in. There was 3 conventions going on the hotel and we believe they were not interested in pleasing the regular hosts. The first room was overly noise. The second was not noise but the bathroom had mold trapped on the silicone to hold the shower glass. We complained no offer to change rooms ti was obvious the had none available. We rode the elevator with a couple who was going to the reception asking to change room because of mold. The breakfast was just fine. We asked if we could leave the luggage at the reception while we went to the rental car so we could load the car. They said we couldn't park the car to lad because the parking was owened by another company and they would not allow it. We are Pestana Gold members. It seems that in this hotel it doesn't matter. Conference people are priority even thoug they will mostly be one time guests.

I thought the staff is not very friendly. Any request, and they would say “we will check if it is possible “, but not in an encouraging way, not like they really meant it. Not sure if the moral is low, as it happened with all the staff, for all requests, including early check in. I actually sent an email asking if it was possible to have an early check in as our international flight would arrive in the am, and the blunt answer was “if you want to be checked in in the morning, you have to book the room for the day before.”. Not the best way to approach the customer. It is disappointing because we love the location, breakfast is great and we had stayed there in February this year. Will look for other options for the next time.

Arrived and theyd lost my booking, re eptiin staff was not gery helpful. Just stared at me and shrugged. I made him take a copy of my xonfirmation but he didnt seem bothered. Only when i contacted hotels.com and they got involved was there any movement. He finally found me andvthen regused me an early checkin despite my booking statescearkt check in as id landed at 4:30am. I was allowed to check in at 3pm. The hotel is nothing special, dated and early 90s. Things were broken here and there and it was all a bit shabby. Breakfast so so, again not that nice. Coffee yuk and a lot of meat yuk. Check out took forever as they are so slow. I wont be returning - avoid

O hotel fica muito bem localizado. Tem ótimo atendimento, excelente café da manhã, quartos silenciosos. Fiquei hospedada com meu filho que é cadeirante no quarto para PCDs. O espaço é amplo, com 2 camas de solteiro bem largas. O banheiro é grande, com ótimas instalações. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Super recomendo para quem for cadeirante. Só tivemos um problema pontual que foi o não acesso a rede de internet.
